Shelley Bosworth's Experience

Shelley Bosworth is a Business and Mindset Coach on a mission to empower and inspire women to take control of their mindset and achieve the life they’ve always dreamed of.

Shelley came to The Leaders Mastermind at a time when her business was already on an upward trajectory. With a heap of prior experience, Shelley was looking to strategically step into the next chapter of growth for her leadership and business, but in a way that felt in complete alignment to how she wanted to serve and support her clients as she moves towards her bigger goals and aspirations.

Shelley has taken some big bold steps of action and created much success during her time in the mastermind, including launching a successful membership, restructuring and expanding her team, having a constant flow of clients (and waitlist) and moving to Dubai and taking her business international.

Shelley is an inspirational leader and has been an integral part of the mastermind team, it has been an honour to guide and coach her.

In your own words, what would you say to someone thinking about investing in The Mastermind?

It does what it says on the tin, elevates your thinking, elevates your commitment to yourself and your business and elevate you. Leighs expertise and genuine care for her clients make this an invaluable investment in yourself and your business.

What were your goals and aspirations when you joined Elevate – The Mastermind?

To give myself the space and accountability to show up to work ON my business not just in it. To connect with fellow business owners who are scaling to the next level and to take control of the strategic direction of my business.

Can you share any specific examples of your leadership growth or business results that you have gained from being in Elevate?

Committing to 12 months of diarised time for me and my business was exactly what I needed. The mix of in person and on line activity really helped to ensure I was able to fully commit.

The performance calls are great for holding me accountable to myself for reviewing my business as well as insight into my fellow master minders business and their insight into mine.

What has been the most valuable outcome from your time in Elevate?

The connection and relationships.

How would you describe the support and guidance you received from Leigh during The Mastermind?

Leigh genuinely cares, she is always there at the end of a voice note when you need her, and actually doesn't just wait to be needed. Her expertise and passion to grow people and businesses creates invaluable advice.

I would absolutely recommend the mastermind to someone who is ready to take their leadership & business up a notch to the next level and looking to do so with a great blend of in person and virtual support.
