Rachael Hover's Experience

Rachael Hover is the Founder and Director of RH Consultancy, a Digital Marketing Agency. They help their clients position themselves more effectively in the digital space to generate more leads, more clients and more sales by developing, implementing, analysing and monitoring both organic and paid marketing strategies.

When Rachael first started working with us in 2020, she was a solo business owner. She started initially in our Foundations to Lead From ™ Development Programme, before enrolling in The Leaders Mastermind. To date, she has completed 2 years in the Mastermind and continues to outgrow every plan she sets for her business and leadership. A massive action taker, an incredible Marketer, Director and Project Manager; it has been a delight to see her leadership journey evolve from working alone into hiring and leading her growing agency team of 3. Rachael has plans to expand her team further, but is also clear on her boundaries and the importance of creating downtime outside of work.
