When is the event and how long is it for?

This is a 2 day immersive event. The dates available for 2023 are 23rd & 24th March, 10th & 12th May and 13th & 14th September. You will have the choice at checkout to pick the event and dates that are best for you and your diary. If you book before end of March 2023 for any date, you will lock in our special introductory, BETA price.

Where is the event held and how many will be there?

The event is held at Sopers House, Sopers Road, Cuffley, EN6 4RY. There will be no more than 16 of you at these events at any one time. We keep the group small to allow for more of an immersive experience. Please note that there is parking in Sopers Road, but if this car park is full, you can park at Cuffley Station opposite or in one of the other car parks in Cuffley. If you are coming by train, Cuffley Station is a 5 minute walk from the venue.

Can I bring my challenges and questions to the event?

Absolutely!  Space will be made for masterminding and working through any of your relevant leadership challenges and opportunities. Masterminding is a great way to lean in and learn from each other and work through an issue.

What if I cannot attend a training that I have paid for? 

All payments are none refundable. However, whilst we cannot guarantee it; we will do our very best to allocate you a seat on another date later in the year.

How do I pay?

What training will I receive? 

Leigh is your lead facilitator and trainer and is chosen for her experience and knowledge to support you, your leadership, business development and performance.

Can The SHIFT be run for my team or community?

Absolutely!  We can run The SHIFT or another of our immersive workshops for your team. Alternatively, we can create a tailored experience to suit needs too. Please contact hello@leighhowes.com to discuss further.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my booking?  

We are here to support you throughout your journey with us. Our offices are open Monday - Thursday and our Client Experience Manager, Lindsey is available at hello@leighhowes.com to guide you and answer any of your questions.
